Zilch was born.

2018, a year of change. London Fashion Week went fur-free. Beyoncé made history headlining Coachella. Millions tuned in to watch that Royal Wedding. A movie called Black Panther hit #1 and started a movement. And Banksy sold a piece of art for $1.4m – then shredded it.

Launching Zilch just felt right.

Starting with a small team
and a big vision.

The world was changing, people were changing, what we valued as a society was changing, but credit and payments weren’t. They didn’t reflect the customers of today. So Zilch was born putting customers first, front and centre.

We looked at how our customers lived, what they wanted, needed and cared about. And by binning the bad of traditional credit, we created a way to pay that was fair, transparent and easy.
