With nearly 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services sector, Syed Rizvi brings a wealth of expertise to his role as SVP, Service Operations at Zilch. He is dedicated to optimising the customer experience, managing credit collections, and overseeing complaints resolution. Syed’s deep understanding of the payments industry, coupled with his analytical and strategic acumen, enables him to lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining rigorous standards in credit and complaints management.
Prior to joining Zilch, Syed held senior roles at Citi Bank and served as Chief Credit Officer for American Express UK. He holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Software Sciences.
