Ryan is the Chief Communications Officer at Zilch, driving the company's growth through his strategic expertise in corporate communications and investor relations. Since the inception of Zilch, Ryan has been instrumental in securing global investments for the company's equity and debt capital. Transitioning from a Strategic Advisor to the CEO and Board in 2019, he became a dedicated member of the executive management team, leveraging his extensive experience to focus on corporate strategy, investor and media relations, and government policy.

Ryan also serves as Founding Co-chair of the Executive Committee for the Unicorn Council for UK Fintech (UCFT), a market-first body comprising CEOs and leaders of the UK's 25 most valuable fintech companies. A council dedicated to advancing policy, perception and liquidity in capital markets and regulation to help pioneer growth within the UK fintech industry.

With a rich background as both a founder and in investment banking and corporate advisory roles at prominent financial institutions like Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs, Ryan brings over 20 years of experience to his role. His extensive track record in corporate actions includes working closely with CEOs and Boards of public and private companies across international markets. His involvement in over 150 equity fundraisings, M&A, and spin-off situations speaks volumes about his expertise and proficiency.
