As a long-term Independent Non-Executive Director of Zilch, Pavel is also Chairman of both the board's Audit and Remuneration Committees. Pavel brings extensive experience in financial services to support the company’s growth. He is also the Co-Founder of Arkview Capital, a private equity firm based in New York.

Before founding Arkview, Pavel was an Investment Committee member at Ziff Brothers Investments, where he held leadership roles across various investment areas, including Private Markets and Ventures. He has also held senior positions at renowned firms such as Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) and Morgan Stanley​​.
