Khan
Nadja brings extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning to Zilch. A fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CIOT), she has expertise in financial control, external reporting, technical finance, and tax.
Before Zilch, Nadja served as Group Finance Director at Deliveroo, where she played a pivotal role in preparing for and executing the company’s initial public offering (IPO). Prior to this, she was Group Financial Controller at JayCorp Berhad, eventually advancing to Chief Financial Officer. There, she chaired the Enterprise Risk Committee, overseeing the implementation of the Board’s risk management strategy and internal control framework.
Nadja’s governance experience includes board positions as a non-executive director at JayCorp Berhad and Jawala Inc., where she contributed to the company’s listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2018.
Her career began at Deloitte LLP, where she rose to Associate Director within the tax advisory team, focusing on transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), IPOs, and group reorganisations. Nadja holds a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences from Imperial College London.
