As Senior VP of Product, Joe is responsible for shaping the direction and strategy of Zilch in terms of product and growth, with a focus on developing a Credit Product which eliminates the high cost of consumer credit – core to Zilch’s vision.

Joe's passion for start-ups and the hospitality sector led him to found the app Nez in 2016, where he raised £3 million, managed a team of twenty, and partnered with 800 restaurants, serving 300,000 users.

Working daily with Zilch’s executive committee and key stakeholders, his diverse experience has become key to driving Zilch's product strategy and launching innovative Credit Products and strategies that meet the rapid and evolving needs of customers. Joe’s expertise keeps Zilch at the forefront of financial technology, ensuring customers receive products that deliver real value​​.
