Amy is the General Counsel at Zilch, bringing extensive expertise in corporate law, governance, and strategic legal counsel. Since joining in 2024, she has become a pivotal member of the leadership team, overseeing legal and regulatory matters, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and investor relations.

Before Zilch, Amy was the Head of Legal and Lead Legal Counsel at Revolut from 2019 to 2024. There, she led major fundraising efforts, secondary share sales, debt financing, and global rollouts of employee share schemes. She excelled in building and managing legal teams, developing efficient processes, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Amy began her legal career at Norton Rose Fulbright in Johannesburg and London, advancing from candidate attorney to senior associate. She advised on significant infrastructure and mining finance transactions across Africa and Europe and later served as Senior Associate - Legal Counsel at Mount Street Mortgage Servicing Limited in London, managing international transactions and supporting global expansion.
