Born in South Africa and now based in London, Sean is a seasoned software engineering expert, technologist, and fervent DevSecOps enthusiast. His extensive experience encompasses designing, building, securing and operating mission-critical systems with stringent performance, security, compliance, and latency requirements.

At Zilch Sean designed and led the build of the initial technology that Zilch launched 3 years ago and ensured it could handle the hyper-rapid scale up that Zilch’s unprecedented growth necessitated. A key point of pride has been the work he and his team have done to build up a passionate, capable, and dedicated delivery team that can swiftly build new capabilities for Zilch’s customers, scaling from only a few individuals to over 100 across Technology, Security, Engineering, Data, and Product, in 4 territories.
