In his pivotal capacity, Rakesh works closely alongside Zilch's visionary co-founder and CEO, Philip, as well as the dynamic leadership team. His responsibilities encompass overseeing critical functions, including customer success, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, collections, and People & Talent, all while ensuring alignment across the various business units spanning the business. Rakesh’s multifaceted approach plays a crucial role in the seamless operation of the company, with his primary mission being to ensure that every facet of Zilch runs like a finely tuned machine.

With an impressive track record spanning over three decades, Rakesh is not only a distinguished software technology entrepreneur but also a recognised expert in assisting startups and technology firms entering the UK market from overseas. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the industry, he received the prestigious Tech Entrepreneur of the Year award from Asian Business in 2017.
